ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Every Arkhe Object piece is handcrafted individually. Each piece has its own unique character with subtle variations in texture, finish, and dimensions. These differences elevate each creation into a unique collectible item, as all pieces are created in a bespoke fashion with their own distinct artistic identity.

All pieces are made to order unless marked as in-stock. Please allow 12-18 weeks for creation, finishing, and shipping. This timeline may extend depending on the piece's complexity.


ELECTRICAL SAFETY NOTE

Individual electrical components (sockets, cords, switches) in our lighting are UL listed, but our assembled fixtures as complete products are not UL certified. Installation and use of our lighting pieces is at the purchaser's responsibility.

For commercial projects or large installations, we offer complete UL certification as an additional service for an extra fee. For custom work and special projects, please see our "Custom Orders" section.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

While durable, our pieces require proper handling. They may be susceptible to chipping or marking, especially along edges or when in contact with metal objects. For regular cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a gentle cleaning product may be used with minimal pressure.

Arkhe Object is not responsible for damages once pieces have been delivered and accepted.


MODIFICATIONS

Any DIY modifications, tampering, or alterations to the electrical components or structural elements of the piece will immediately void the warranty. Our pieces are designed as complete artistic works and should be maintained in their original form.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the unique, artistic nature of our lighting pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

All pieces are insured during transit for their full purchase value. This covers shipping damage only. We recommend considering separate art insurance for your pieces after delivery.


WARRANTY

Arkhe Object guarantees all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for SIX (6) MONTHS from the date of delivery, considering the inherent characteristics of handmade pieces.

The determination of whether a product is defective will be made by Arkhe Object at our discretion. Customers have ten days from receipt to report any perceived defects.

By purchasing our lighting, you acknowledge that our fixtures are not UL listed as complete units and accept responsibility for proper installation and electrical safety.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Improper handling or installation

  • Poor maintenance

  • Environmental damage or acts of nature

  • Vandalism

  • Electrical issues (power surges, improper wiring)

  • Vibration or air current movement

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Failure to follow provided instructions

If we determine that a product has a covered defect, we will either repair the piece, provide a replacement, or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.


THE WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS MODIFIED OR USED IMPROPERLY.

To make a warranty claim, please:

  1. Contact us at studio@arkheobject.com within 6 months of delivery

  2. Provide your proof of purchase

  3. Include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue

We may require the product to be returned for inspection at your expense.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Arkhe Object, its employees, and contractors will not be liable for incidental, compensatory, or consequential damages related to the purchase, use, or disposal of any product. Our total liability for any damages or losses is limited to the purchase price of the specific defective product.


GENERAL TERMS

These terms represent the complete agreement between us. They can only be modified in writing with mutual agreement. Your rights under these terms cannot be transferred without our written consent.

Arkhe Object is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, supply shortages, or labor disputes.
